I am certain that you all remember the numerous shows that were predicated on Charles M. Schulzs Peanuts comic strip. They began building them in the sixties and still make them even today. H-e watches Lucy and Snoopy become obsessed with their gifts and the holiday decorations, Schroeder only cares about the Christmas pageant and the rest of his friends are only concerned with producing their letters to Santa and the things they can get as gifts. Charlie Brown is unhappy and ashamed of the truth that Christmas has become so commercial so h-e sets on a journey showing every one what it's undoubtedly about. He is given the job of choosing an ideal tree for the Christmas pageant which gives a brilliant idea to him as to how he'll get his message across to those he loves. He buys the ugliest and tiniest looking tree that he will find and brings it to the pageant. In the beginning, everyone is surprised, but, following a speech from his closest friend Linus, he's in a position to show everyone what Xmas is really about. Peppermint Patty calls and pretty much encourages herself up to his house for Thanksgiving dinner, prior to he leaves. We discovered charlie dombek by browsing newspapers. Charlie Brown can never obtain a term in with Peppermint Patty and before he knows it, she has asked a bunch of her other friends over too.
